Our most popular trips and a perfect fit for families and first-timers. Enough time to get on the fish and make a morning (or afternoon) of it, without a full day in the sun. Great for kids and mixed-experience groups.

Wreck & Bottom Fishing

Our serious offshore runs. We head out to the deeper structure and wrecks where the bigger fish live — the trip for anglers who want to test their arms and target the good stuff. Red snapper, big bottom fish, and the fight of the day.

Pack light and easy: a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a small cooler for the fish you're taking home. Snacks and drinks for your group are welcome (we've got the fridge and the ice). That's it — leave the rest to us.

Is every charter private?
Yes — every charter is private. It's just your crew and ours. You'll never share the boat with strangers.
Do I need a fishing license?
No. You're covered under Amberjack Charters. Your fishing license is included in every trip — nothing extra to buy or arrange.
What fish can we catch?
Red snapper, mackerel, redfish, and more depending on the season and trip type. Our longer offshore wreck trips target red snapper and big bottom fish. We'll always put you on the best bite available that day.
What if the weather is bad?
Your $200 deposit is fully refundable if the weather forces us to cancel on the day of your trip. Safety always comes first — if it's not a good day on the water, we won't go out.
How many people can come?
The Amberjack accommodates up to six guests. Whether it's two or six, the charter is all yours.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Our expert guidance is included — we'll show you exactly how to work the gear. Half-day trips are especially popular with first-timers and kids.
Can we bring food and drinks?
